To help protect our customers, our Platform, and the broader online community, every user of Visible agrees to follow this Acceptable Use Policy. This policy applies to all users, accounts, Visibility Engines™, and services provided through the Visible™ platform.

We encourage responsible, ethical, and lawful use of the Platform.
What Is Not Permitted
You may not use Visible to:
Violate Laws
Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe Intellectual Property
Upload, publish, or distribute content that violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
Mislead or Impersonate
- Misrepresent your identity.
- Impersonate another individual or organization.
- Create deceptive accounts.
- Use false credentials.
Commit Fraud
Use Visible for scams, phishing, deceptive advertising, financial fraud, identity theft, or other fraudulent activity.
Distribute Harmful Content
Use the Platform to create or distribute:
- Malware
- Viruses
- Malicious code
- Harmful software
- Spam campaigns
Abuse Artificial Intelligence
You may not intentionally use AI-generated functionality to:
- Create unlawful content
- Spread misinformation
- Harass individuals
- Circumvent applicable laws
- Generate harmful or deceptive material
- Violate the rights of others
Interfere With The Platform
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer the Platform
- Interfere with Platform security
- Disrupt service availability
- Circumvent usage limits
- Abuse APIs or automated systems
- Test Platform vulnerabilities without authorization
Use Visible To Harm Others
Visible may not be used to:
- Harass
- Threaten
- Stalk
- Defame
- Intimidate
- Promote violence
- Promote illegal activities
- Exploit vulnerable individuals
AI-Generated Content
Visible assists users through AI-powered Visibility Engines™. You remain responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish:
- is accurate
- complies with applicable laws
- respects intellectual property rights
- reflects your intended message
- complies with the policies of third-party platforms where it is published
Third-Party Platforms
Many Visibility Engines interact with third-party platforms including social media services. You agree to comply with the terms, policies, and community standards of any third-party service connected to your Visible account. Visible cannot guarantee the availability, policies, algorithms, or operation of third-party platforms.
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this Acceptable Use Policy has been violated, Intensifi AI may, at its sole discretion:
- Issue warnings
- Remove or disable content
- Temporarily suspend Platform access
- Restrict certain features
- Suspend subscriptions
- Terminate accounts
- Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required
Reporting Concerns
If you believe someone is using Visible in violation of this policy, please contact us. We review reports in good faith and investigate as appropriate.
Changes To This Policy
As Visible continues to evolve, this Acceptable Use Policy may also change. When material updates are made, we will update the Effective Date and provide notice where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
